About Us

More Talk More Action was founded in 2018 by Hezron Brown for the purpose of tackling criminal activity, school life, wellbeing, and mental health issues in young people

 

Our aim is to inspire positive change through lived experience and mentoring, to help change the mindset and future aspirations of the next generation

 

Within the company there are four directors all with educational backgrounds, that manage different aspects ensuring all our company values are upheld

 

We have a range of different programs that we offer that can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client

 

To date we have spoken to over 50,000 young people and professionals across the UK

Hezron Brown
Managing Director

Hezron has over 7 years experience working within the educational sector. He is also a motivational speaker and multi award winner, best known for winning the Pride of Britain award in 2019. Hezron is an excellent role model and has dedicated his time to helping young people all over the UK to inspire positive change.

Brian Reeves
Operations Director

Brian is the Operations Director at MTMA, responsible for the day to day running of the company including, HR, Payroll, Grant Applications and General IT.  He has worked with young people for many years as a Group Scout Leader and a Safeguarding     Co-ordinator for West Yorkshire Scouts.

 

Before joining MTMA, Brian had spent the last 10 years working in sales for Pearson Education. Brian has a wealth of experience in the corporate world and the Charity alike. He is able to use this experience to help develop and grow the company.

Shaquil Osmani
Engagement Director

Shaq is the engagement director at MTMA, responsible for developing and managing mentoring programs. He has a huge passion for young people with his background including mentoring, intervention work and pastoral care.

Shaq has been exposed to working with a variety of different young people over his career, ranging from gang involvement to students who lack self-esteem, catering his approach and sessions to help empower students to fulfil their potential.

 

Shaq understands the impact of having an absent father, and what that means for young people today.

Olivia Thomas-Tapper
Social Media / Marketing Manager

Olivia is the Social Media & Marketing Manager at MTMA, responsible for overseeing anything for MTMA via the website to our social media as well as final designs for our clothing and merchandise. Olivia is currently a student at Birmingham City University, studying her passion in Digital Marketing in hopes of being able to share her skills across businesses, to improve and excel their online presence.
